The letter was sent to the President, Directors and their shareholders. I would imagine that they will impart the news to the shareholders as they know who they are. I do not have the shareholder information. Would your group be interested in an offer on your shares or supporting a takeover?

As a stockholder I would like a copy of the letter regarding a possible link up, buyout, of the company. The PR says that a letter was sent to stockholders. I am a member of a stock board that deals only with GZFX concerns, and no one, out of over 1,000 posters, has seen the correspondence

I am sure that collectively we hold well in excess of one billion shares.
