The Top half of the Card as you open is where the purchaser fills out all their personal information..the Bottom half of the inside of the card reads as follows.............
Cyberkey Solutions, Inc.("Cyberkey Solutions") warrants to the original end user purchaser("you") that for the Warranty Period listed below,the Product (excluding any third party modifications)wil be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
You Must have proof of purchase and obtain warranty service authorization from Cyberkey Solutions within the applicable warranty period before returning defective products to Cyberkey Solutions. Returned products must be shipped prepaid and packaged appropriately,and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package. Cyberkey Solutions is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit. If Cyberkey Solutions ships a replacement product to you before receiving the original product and you fail to return the original product to Cyberkey Solutions within thirty (30) days form the date the warranty service authorization is issued, Cyberkey Solutions will charge you the then current manufacturer's suggested retail price of such product.
Your Exclusive remedy and CyberKey Solutions entire liability under this warranty will be for CyberKey Solutions at its option to repair or replace the product or refund your purchase price less any rebates. CyberKey Solutions does not warrant against loss or stolen property.There are inherent risks associated with any biometric sensor technology and security safegaurd. Biometric sensors and security safegaurds,by their nature, are capable of circumvention. CyberKey Solutions cannot,and does not; guarantee that your belongings will not be accessed by unauthorized persons, and CyberKey Solutions disclaims any warranties to that effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or at all, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights.
The Foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose.
***No where on this warranty card for the Keepsafe 2.0 sold and warrantied by cyberkey solutions does the name SEQUIAM appear.....SQUM appear or the name BIOVAULT appear.........those are the facts folks...........and the key part about the whole warranty is the underlined above...............have a GREAT DAY!
