Once somebody here contacts the SEC and finds out the details of the REGDEX; then it can be researched. A 10QSB or NT-10Q was due 2 days ago. If IR did tell people that they planned on continuation of filing Quarterlies...what else would you believe that they would tell you? How could posters say that fundamentals are improving when fundamentals are not known? What is known is that SEIH/ SIVC is a one-man California Corporation with the one man, if Preferred B shares were converted to common stock and sold (without 144?) would have no stake in his own company stock other than Preferred C shares worth 1000 votes apiece. Therefore, why care about share price?

At least with EricVan and december here, they might be able to recruit others to buy the shares others want to sell.
