Again, I'll say that's not true. In many cases a company does an R/S, possibly along with an uplisting which by increasing the share price as well as lowering the A/S and O/S becomes very attractive for a whole new level of investor that would have never even looked at the company while it was in the lower state. Never say never...... and

The company said no R/S!
