Loan: They generally have delayed in many in the past but always notify if reporting late and followup in a timely manner.

Sarbanes Oxley has caused many companies that generally reported on time to request extensions which just began a few years ago.

I seriously doubt Sequiam will be profitable in the first quarter as it seemed that it was basically a test quarter and much of the fees related to launching the test market were received in the fourth quarter.

I would expect the current 2nd quarter and 3rd to more indicative of improved cashflow as the products are being launched nationwide.

Also, don't forget the Cyberkey deal went south in early January and any sales they had expected from the $2.5 million contract evaporated.
