Actually it completely legal for AERO as a corporation to purchase shares of FCCN pre-merger on the open market. It is not legal to sell shares of fccn pre-merger as a coporation(aero). Since that would be taking advantage of insider knowledge. AERO is a private company they do not have to disclose their finances until they merge with a public company. I checked with an investment lawyer on the legality of this. Also Andrew at FCCN who neither confirm or deny this could be happening.
