Tone of Megas' emails is stalwart. I see no sign he is not going forward, making progress. And I do believe he got enough testimony to prove the number of shares exceeds the
official number...pointing to a certainty of naked shorts in the mix. We have a classic short squeeze in the making, if
we can get to third base with this.... I am encouraged.
And it appears he did flush out some courterfeit dealings, among the defendants. That's a real strike.
Just wish we could know the game plan (but that would only help the bad guys, of course). So, wisdom of patience must prevail,
here, imho. Sure wish it wasn't spoiled by the bashers and
nit pickers. Certain hobbits on RB are getting reckless and crude
again. But their day in court will come, no doubt.
