Ludlow Energy Downgrades GiraSolar (GRSR) from A- to C Rating

NEW YORK--May 16, 2007--Ludlow Energy, a subsidiary of Ludlow Capital, downgraded coverage on GiraSolar (OTC: GRSR, Frankfurt: L2I), an umbrella organization for subsidiaries, partners and affiliated entities based in the Netherlands, from a A- to C rating.

Ludlow has downgraded GiraSolar for lack of compliance with SEC filings, and market information. The consistent lateness with their SEC filings, and lack of shareholder communications has forced us to downgrade GRSR to a C rating, and list it as an 'avoid' until compliant with SEC filings.

There has been no indication of any dramatic changes in the business operations with GiraSolar, but the lack of timely filings and company communication has changed our status on the company.
