I see your point. The problem in buying out a company retail is that you quickly raise the price over the buyout price. More and more investors jump in for the inevitable grand-slam and you have a stock at $3.50 instead of .55.

However, your point is well taken. AURC may also turn out to be a scam. We shall see..
