OT: Knoppix is the easiest linux distro

I have been very impressed with this distro's ability to automatically find my hardware on the half-dozen or so various PCs I've tried it on. It has a 2GB compressed Debian linux system on a CD and doesn't even touch your hard drive. Just put the CD in and watch it boot into linux. Then pull the CD out, reboot, and you are back in windows. It's great for checking whether a particular PC is linux friendly. Just download the iso and burn a CD. It's a great toy.
