I can't help you but I do feel your pain. I tried a few days ago to post something but couldn't get it out of the draft mode. I think the 'Publish' button was missing on the page. At least that's what I got from looking at the small help page that was available. I think that the website navigation is confusing.

Has anybody been able to post a question on the Town Hall site recently?
