Stocker filed the 15-12b exactly on the same day nine years after the last 10QSB was filed. Does anyone know if that means anything?

Echostar manufactured and distributed satellite dishes and related programming. The company also had a non-exclusive remarketer agreement with WebSurfer, Inc., a multinational manufacturer of computer hardware equipment.


This stock traded in the $15-$25 range back in the late 90's.
