I have seen no credible evidence that ACMG has anything to do with Petresa, nor have I seen any credible evidence that ACMG has a new TA ... in fact, someone posted a denial by the 'new' TA (American Stock) that they do not have anything to do with ACMG. Of course, that was deflected by claiming the new TA is dealing with the 'new' stock and it is all very hush hush.

Believe what you wish, but that is how I see it.
