Absolutely agree. As far as Joe and Raj go, I have no reason not to trust in Joe. Raj has a little work to do in order to gain my trust and respect, and I imagine this is true for many people who may be sitting on the sidelines.

That is one hurdle they are going to need to work hard to get over. But, it can be done in time.

This one is going to require a lot of patience.
