the OX40(L)was antibody based....the ligand/receptor is upregulated when the T cell gets activated (recognizes the antigen)...and the antibody inhbits OX40's interaction with OX40L...which normally leads to survival of the cell (makes sure they stick around to fight the infection)...if the Ab blocks that interaction (non -specifically) I just thought there would be some complications with a secondary infection.....but this board isn't really the right spot to discuss....CYGX on the other hand...awesome.....
