GM ITGuy PST time, that is.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to the SH meeting. It looks like there will be about 10 from Ihub in attendance tomorrow, though.

So, I've compiled a list of 25 questions, that maybe be answered by management's presentation tomorrow or not. Some of you may recognize your questions and that they are worded a little differently. That's because some questions were so similar, it was easier just to combine them.

The list is at least of good guideline of information to look for during the presentation and possibly follow up with afterwards. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

Also, thank you to everyone who will be in attendance on Thursday. All of us here, appreciate your effort to be at the meeting and any information that you can share with the board afterwards.

3. Is the SWARM technology going to be available for licensing by other users?

4. Can you say when in June the launch will take place?

5. Could you tell us if dilution is basically over and if not, just how much more is needed?

6. How much new debt does the company have and what are your plans to reduce and eliminate old debt?

7. Can you tell us more about Spooz's strategy to make this launch a success by providing some specific details?

11. Have there been any revenues for the second quarter? Also, what are your projections for the third and forth quarter of 2007?

12. The current OS for Spooz is now over 1 billion. What can shareholders expect in terms of a R/S or some other measure to reduce the effect this will have on shareholder value.

13. As a shareholder, how much information on the financial risks of the company can I reasonably expect?

14. What percentage of stock is held by institutional investors? By management and board members? By employees? Does the company monitor trading by board members, officers,

15. What other changes have been made to the company’s governance practices in the past year? Is the company contemplating additional changes?

16. We've been anticipating audited financials to be completed in Q2 of 2007. When will the audited financials be completed by the end of June so that Spooz can uplist to OTC:BB?

17. What are the major opportunities and challenges facing the company? How does management plan to respond?

What major changes are anticipated in the industry and is the company prepared for them?

19. What opportunities or challenges result from trends toward globalization?

20. What are the company’s key competitive advantages? Have competitors introduced products that threaten any of the company’s major products?

21. How does management ensure it’s managing the company with a view toward shareholders’ long-term interests rather than in response to short-term earnings pressures?

22. What are the principal objectives in the company's business plan for the next year? For the next five years?

24. How will the company take advantage of significant restructuring within the industry to achieve
growth and market dominance? Has the company reviewed its marketing strategies, in the United States and internationally, to ensure that they are competitive and cost effective? Which markets present the greatest opportunities and risks? What changes are expected in marketing approaches?

25. How much was spent on product research and development? What new products or product improvements have evolved recently from the research and development program? Have any products been patented, yet?

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
