DrZ..The only thing I disagree with is that I truly believe convicted felons should be chipped for a period consistent with their crime, but all violent criminals, molesters and rapists should be chipped for life with GPS. Then when a crime happens, they can just see if any past violators were in the area of the crime and it would cut down on a lot of grunt work by police.

I really wish ADSX, DOC, CHIP would hit this area hard and start working with all correctional institutions. Even the ones in prisons already should have them so when they do something inside the joint, they can't say, it wasn't me. Correctional Officers would be able to pinpoint where each inmate was at any time.
