I have several buying orders in BKMP @BID.

I work with 2 different banks and different accounts.

I have requested different buy orders through different MM's, rerouting.

I got some 0.0001's when the sell-offs occurred. But I am getting ZERO shares these days.

My thoughts are that 'someone' wants the PPS down to 0.0001 for Buy-Back or whatever reason. Or maybe they just want people to set sells @0.0002, and 'they' will suddendly clean the ASK.

SW is behind it, because he keeps silent about the purpose of the "504" and about the number of conversions.

I believe that SW and the gagged T/A can and will, if they want, still convert shares @0.00015.

Until SW decides to disclose the real O/S, this will be the trend.

Since nobody is getting, not even a partial fill: these sells can't be real sells, but shares passing from one MM's hands to another's; if not the same MM making 'phantom volume' @0.0001 to scare people from buying.


Someone asked me if I converted. I answered him that I didn't, because I set a buy order @0.0001 and got filled before the conversion timeline. Why would I convert if I can buy non-restricted stock at a lower price ?

I will keep trying to buy more stock @0.0001. My buys are set and waiting for someone to dump.
