Also the company did say they plan on filing future 10Q and 10K's in a timely fashion.

Snow, IR made the statement. Jersey Boy heard the same thing from IR. That the 10Q and 10K will continue to be filed on time. That the (Form 15) filing was made a couple of days ago because they are in negotiations for a capital infusion from a group of Canadian investors. And that Jim is planning a trip to Europe to promote the stock. And that the ultimate goal of S3 is to get listed on the AMEX.
