madhat...SEVU/PWLX is in the clear with the SEC...action would have been taken a long time ago if they were going to do anything.After Rich passed away the SEC backed off...they may say something about not letting the past happen again or may never say a thing...if they do make a statement about SEVU I think they will wait until the CA shares have been passed out...it has been over 5 months since the deadline to file for the CA shares so who knows when?? How long can it take to pass out 6 milllon shares?? Bonehead lawyers!! As for the way the SEC does business..it sucks!! Shareholders should have a right to know whats going on with ANY company...after all its our tax money that pays for the SEC...bizz
