Agree. That is always the case. The lack of transparency in the pennies is what brings us all here. The lack of transparency is also what drives us away. The stamp of legitimacy can only be achieved through audited financials. That is why so many promise to produce them. It allows the mind to dream and then the pack mentality pumps until that moment of crisis when they either produce or get a knock on the door from the feds, like Jim Plant. How did everyone feel when the June 15th date was put out by Paul...pretty excited. If they aren't audited, nothing will happen. I really hope they don't do a bait and switch on what they actually report...unauditeds. Many of us are in the long term capital gains range and have waited a long time for "soon".
