CAM is a communications management solution that streamlines the provisioning of IP Telephony services in an enterprise, and has been deployed at Citigroup since 2001.

The solution automates and manages the business processes, operational policies, and functions associated with circuit asset management. It is targeted at BPO's, banking & finance, telecommunication, and other call-centric businesses.

With a massive web presence, especially in the banking sector, Citigroup spends $100 million annually on procuring and provisioning its telecommunications backbone.

Prior to deploying the CAM solution, Citigroup used manual processes for requisitioning and tracking circuit orders.

The ordering process was fraught with errors, which lengthened the ordering cycle and made it difficult to accurately estimate delivery dates.

Citigroup selected Mentisys to develop a CAM system, to manage circuit order processing, requisition approval, circuit asset maintenance (including moving, adding and changing circuit features) and circuit disconnection. The application also had to maintain a correct inventory of provisioned circuit assets.

Mentisys delivered a solution based on its WorkProcess Engine (WPE), a business process management system (BPMS), and a distributed process-oriented J2EE based application architecture. The solution automates and manages business processes, operational policies, and functions associated with circuit asset management.

The circuit asset management system is based on the WPE, running with BEA WebLogic Server and an Oracle database.

The application is accessible over the Internet and Intranet, and is running live in a production environment with over 500 users. It initially supported over 10,000 data network circuits for CitigroupÂ’s Citicorp banking unit. Support has been added for Associates Bank (a purchased regional bank) with over 2,000 data network circuits and more than 50 users.

From the Historical Exobox April 24, 2007 8-K.

Under the Agreement with Starboard, Exobox also will acquire Mentisys, Inc., a privately held Atlanta-based software company with an existing $1.4 million annual revenue stream from its software license to CitiGroup for Mentisys's two (2) proprietary software products and five (5) applications.

Watch this closely..

The Mentisys product line will be greatly enhanced by Exobox's technology, allowing the Company to capitalize on Mentisys's contacts and existing business relationships to quickly enter and develop new markets.

One of the partners for Mentisys is HP.

HP has a website. At the HP website, there is a partner there named Mentisys.

Mentisys has other partners as well. There names are Oracle, IBM, BEA.http://www.mentisys.com/Partners/index.html

Mentisys has a major client named Citigroup. There are more clients, but this one will do for now.

The Story of Citigroup
Citi is today’s pre-eminent financial services company, with some 200 million customer accounts in more than 100 countries. Our history dates back to the founding of Citibank in 1812, Bank Handlowy in 1870, Smith Barney in 1873, Banamex in 1884, and Salomon Brothers in 1910.

Other major brand names in Citi's diverse portfolio include Citi Cards, CitiFinancial, CitiMortgage, CitiInsurance, Primerica, Diners Club, Citi Private Bank, and CitiCapital.

Citigroup's Market Cap is over $260Billion.

If Exobox Inks the deal in the 8-K and completes the acquisitions that was stated, Exobox will have a license agreement in place with Citigroup plus other companies.

If this occurs, Exobox will be partners with Oracle, IBM, HP, BEA and who else?

If Citigroup selected Mentisys before Exobox greatly enhanced Mentisys's software, what would Citigroup think of Exobox after it greatly enhances Mentisys software?

Furthermore, what would anyone think of Exobox's software after Citigroup is impressed?

Get it?
