What if this is a way for John to sell more shares in order to raise needed money by way of GGI

A pink sheet company making a statement of a takeover.

Also if gameznflix does not agree to a friendly take over then they will be bought out by a hostile takeover.

Never did I ever see information of what a company will do before a merger discussion even takes place

Maybe just a pump and dump
