Too bad the product demolished was purchased from Cyberkey and as such had the Cyberkey Keepsafe logo on the front.

If not tampered with and if had been purchased thru Sequiam directly they would have replaced it as it was obviously defective if broke in the manner illustrated.

The Biovault carries a one year limited warranty and Sequiam would have replaced.

I tried breaking mine on one side just to see if it would break like the one in the video. No breakage but it will dent.
