I just noticed that CTUM filed form NT today due to their inability to complete their unaudited statements and MD&A on a timely basis, but they do expect to have the 10-Q filed within five days. While I love this company and expect it to make me boatloads of money not long from now, it would be nice if they could do the reporting on time.
