AMEP is no longer a secret.

The gentlemen that I just finished a conference call with own 14 different oil companies with international operations. They are tens of millions personally.

Here is a summary of what they told me.

1)The Barnett Shale is "hot as a pistol." Day rates of 18 to 22 seem absurdly low as they are running 25K on one of his properties in Idaho.

2)A company with 7k acres and two rigs in the shale is worth multiples of 25M. They are very interested.

3)Big companies are having difficulty getting rigs and people. Costs have leveled somewhat but are still very elevated. Steel is very expensive.

I provided a very valuable service for one of the gentlemen and he stated that anything he can do to help me ..just ask. He will find out who knows what about AMEP in the not too distant future as he is headed to Fort Worth for a golf event with a lot of the big oil players. He has a relative with EOG resources as well.

My goal is to put as much pressure as I possibly can on AMEP management to get their ducks in a row. They have stayed invisible for too long. Their stock price is a joke and Bitters knows it.
