Yep exactly. I think those that played PAIV think that the restrictions have to be lifted in order for the play to move on. Because I remember the restrictions being lifted.

SSSU it was the opposite the announcement of the divy caused the short squeeze. But that one didn't have too huge of a short.

Every play is different but I think this one has potential whether or not the restrictions are lifted.
