Who will buy a stock that is restricted and who will sell a restricted stock. This is just common sense. The MMs have been in this business for years now and they know how this game is played. A PR doesn't scare them if they know that the stock is restricted. WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD OF PINKIES. Yes, they are covering because of the potential effect of the merger and not a PR.
