YES. As a matter-of-fact, I played the PAIV from .005 to .25, though I sold at .15. That was a broker mess-up. Broker mess-ups are the best short squeezes IMO. The Naked shorts are in control of the MMs and not the brokers. MMs are like crooks, while brokers might lose their licenses if they played like the MMs do. Though the MMs are the intermediaries between investors and brokers, Brokers are always cautious of what the MMs do behind the scenes. That's why they came up with the "Restriction rule". This rule allows brokers to restrict a stock that is being manipulated by MMs. Brokers see more than we can see. When the brokers restrict a stock, the MMs cannot just trade it out of the blues, because they must call and request for a lot in the inventory, which is tagged ans assigned to a specific genuine broker. Even the ordinary investor will have to call under this rule. Thus, the Naked shorted shares can be sen exactly where they are coming from when they are covering.
