Definition of "near future".....usually any time frame that is "near", but occuring in the future relative to your time frame. If, however, you are moving and the stock is not, then you need to consider relative definitions of future...see Einstein, Theory of Relativity applications. If the spped of light is involved, you may not even exist. We are NOT sure.
