1) Eclipse, show cased the product produced by EDIG. to its customers, and it was a major success, with all 4000 units being pre sold. New orders are being placed.
(LL.. get ready for some major grovelling...Lol.).
2) Agreement reached with a MAJOR BRAND name OEM who will produce and market products by late spring based on Video and 0-1000 platforms...
3) Licensing agreement with MAJOR ASIAN OEM to produce and market to their customers products based on cornice, and 1.8 inch disk drive...
4) Separate agreement with existing ASIAN OEM to produce and market products based on the VIDEO platform, which will be show cased at CES2004...
5) Licensing agreements of the ''Core Technology'' with two Major OEMS almost completed
Revenues from each of the above agreements could be any where from several hundred thousand to several million per quarter, depending on customer acceptance of the products to be marketed...
There is a lag time of 3-6 months with respect to revenue realization from the time the product is introduced in the market...
As emit would say, ''OHHH BABY'', the days of this company being a penny stock are over, and Lois, I am bringing the wine just like last time at CES.
I was not going to come, but I see we need to ''dig out'' all the products powered by EDIG that will be floating around at CES...

Only series D, and E will be part of the upcoming S3 registration, and considering the upward movement of the pps that is about to take place, it is the company expectation that far less number of the shares will be added to the float than the total number...
