Oh well, to me the bright side is ...

... every time NEOM has a conference call instead of filing BK gives just that much more time to get something working and generating revenues, and/or for a recognized big name to come in and partner with Neomedia.

Not saying any of that can or will happen, but as long as they're working and not BK'ing there's a chance.
