This may be a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway.

I was looking at an L2 on Microcap Feed; it showed VFIN on the ask at .105 for 100; the rest of the asks are at .135, .14, .145, .15, .16, and .20. The size on all are 100, except for UBSS at .15 for 1.

On the bid side, there are 2 MMs at .13, 2 at .10, 1 at .095 and 1 at .080.

Q: why is VFIN still showing on the ask at .105, when all of the buys are going higher than that?
