I'm very happy to see you participating. I will make a comment on QLGC and KRB later tonight. For now, review the same ADX list and tell me which stocks reflect charts with my second instruction.
Here it is again:

"When ADX rallies above both directional lines, it identifies an overheated market. When ADX turns down from above both directional lines, it shows that a major trend has stumbled. It is a good time to take profits."

The reason we are focusing on the above condition is to look for stocks that may make good short candidates. When bulls take profits we want to be prepared to go short risking a 2% buy back stop loss.

I have made the same type of list that I'm suggesting for you to make and already have eight (8) candidates for potential short position. Looking forward to your response. Ed
