It is a great fault in the trading system, when they can control to a degree the volume and or the speed of it happening...they are in their own way manipulating it themselves and they claim thats why they are doing it, to prevent it...on the otherhand if the companies are doing something prematurely to cause such a rush in the volume, this surely deters everything from playing out in the companies favor with the PPS
