I hate to say this, but this is why it is good to "sleep on things" before you jump into something: If they are NOT issuing PR's to keep the pps low thereby keeping any further short selling activity from occuring, a PR will send the pps through the roof and expose the stock to further short selling and NSS.

I think we need to weigh in on this very carefully. I propose that somehow we try and track down a few things:

1) Is Alex alive;
2) Is ACMG alive;
3) Is the merger alive.
