I don't think it's the same guy. Our Bruce Harlan has been a real estate lawyer of sorts in the Clearwater area for at least a few years that I know of. My interest in him relates to the Swiss guy who was building the multi-million $$ house in Bellaire Beach (just south of Clearwater on the strip)for cash and when he got extradited for stock fraud, Harlan formed the Bellaire Beach Corp and took the half-completed property off of his hands. The whole thing smells, but I can't put it together. This half-finished estate may become the carrot behind Door #1.
