Everybody should educate themselves by doing DD,before making statements.No,SSTY doesnt need to,or isnt going to file a 10Q,SSTY doesnot have 4.5 billion shares out.Why is SSTY on the gray market,still,after all this time????????????That needs to be answered,as this is very unusual.
