LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- SuperVision Entertainment Inc: (PINKSHEETS: SVET) -- The company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement of terms for the purchase of 800 +/- acres of land NE of Los Angeles. The purchase, funded by a $100 million Limited Partnership, with SuperVision being the General Partner, will complete the first stage development of a project that will ultimately cost $660 million in total.
The site is not far from the International "Six Flags" theme park north of Los Angeles. The final decision for the location of the SuperVision "Magic Garden" was made after an extensive search in a number of countries for a site that met all the criteria.
The property is set in a spectacular location, surrounded by magnificent mountain views. Not only is the property outstanding in every respect, a Registered California Geological Engineers indicates that the property may have access to several BILLION gallons of fresh water.
The water source located on the property was drilled through various hard granite levels and hit water at a depth of 435 ft. The volume of water available to the well, from one watershed alone, is estimated at 4,700 acre ft. (or 1.8 BILLION gallons). However, the fracture zone is connected to three additional east-west fracture zones and a prominent northwest fracture zone. Collectively these zones potentially contain several billion gallons of additional water.
Importantly, the source on the property can deliver approximately 80-100 million gallons of water a year without affecting the aquifer or reservoir beneath the property.
