The video looks like produced and demonstrated by a disgruntled Cyberkey shareholder. Notice it was a Keepsafe brand and not the Sequiam Biovault model.

I also don't understand your pursuit of contract question concerning Cyberkey. Obviously there is nothing to pursue. Why waste the time and money. The notice of default was sufficient.
