e.Digital has released nothing on the newswires about the webcast. Yahoo picked up the web cast time and link from CCBN (the service doing the webcast) but there is no statement whatsoever about it and it did not come from e.Digital. There is nothing about it on most other sites that carry news released publicly.

I maintain my opinion that today's webcast will not announce material new information unless accompanied by a Press Release. Since the required S-3 was disclosed in the recent 8-K, they don't need a public announcement to discuss it or to reiterate other stuff they've already disclosed publicly.
