18% ??? I dont see that

From August 2006 to March 05 2006 RSDS raised $367,000.

In order to raise that much at 18% dilution RSDS would have needed to sell $2,000,000 in shares. I dont see that as a viable figure at all. From Feb 8th to March 05 when the PR hit about the $367,000 revenue and also the period when there was volume on the stock we only raised approx $1,146,000. So we would have to conclude on an 18% theory that we raised $854,000 between August 06 and Feb 8th. From the volume levels at those times I dont see that as true. I believe we raised somewhere between $1.4mil and 1.8mil thus bringing us to about a 20%-26% dilution threshold.
