jenthico - just to let you know,....i agree with you regarding not just standing by and letting something that is extremely suspicious go untold. going untold allows for this to occur again to un-informed investors and if an investor does nothing they become an self-solicited accompliance to this shady market activity.

and i agree with you that there is more than enough suspicious activity to be reported and that this is the professionals territory to sort it out and not mine.

i am filing the proper and legal paperwork to begin the process of investigation to the proper authorities.
