Let's simplify "full Carry" in terms I understand, because I do a lot of antique car restorations.
Let's say I come across a man with 10 vehicles in need of restoration and I bargain withhim to do the work.
I will take 7 of the vehicles and, after restoration, hand over to him 3 that have been completely restored.
He spent no money but he has three restored vehicles.
The "full carry" is paid for right now...we just don't know what has been paid for until the oil begins to flow.
When it does begin to flow we will be making money because we gave up percentages of our rights.
We have full carry because we "paid in full", in advance, with the percentages we gave up.IMHO
