This is what I got just recently as the most current structure info on VMHIF:

Company Structure

Authorized: 200M
Outstanding: 90M
Float: 35M
Friendly Hands: 20M (insiders and affiliates)
True Tradable Float: 15M
Shareholders: over 5000 (distribution is thick)

As for news not sure but something is defiantly up, the market jumped up before most got a whiff on the boards so insiders are likely buying. I will post more DD as I get it.
