Also… if your going to believe in this mythical 3 decimal place lop off the exchange rate, which would defy all known economic standards by a factor of 1000 times, at least get the math right.
1260 is the number of dinars to a dollar.
Magically moving the decimal place over three places results in 1.26 dinars to a dollar.
That would be $.79 per dinar.
