First of all, Happy Mothers Day because none of us can be here without her. Go give her a call, send her flowers, give her a kiss, make it special for her tonight.

After that, read this ...

Here it is Ladies and Gents. I been watching this stock and WOW! All it is, is green after green after green. Reminds me of HMGP. Remember those days? WOW! I called that at .02 and within 6 weeks and i know most of you held on to it, because i was getting tons of i love you and your the man emails haha. Well, like i said i called HMGP at .02 and it hit .96 within 6 weeks. That was over 4,000% in just 6 weeks and just like VMHIF it started up. Do your research and see if you like this bad boy. I have a tone of research here about this stock and the rumor is insane!! Well, do your own DD and see what you decide.

VMHIF: a look into a revolutionary new e-competence platform and potential expansion into new internet technologies

Hey guys, I have a special situation alert I have to tell you about. This last week VMHIF started a crazy move from .03 (just up from bottom .015) to .075 at Friday's close. There has been no news and from what I can see no groups have spotlighted it until this weekend. Speculation is leaking that there may be a huge merger of some sort in the internet sector or maybe even a buy out from internet search engine giant, www.MAMMA.com .

Either way all we know is it is in a major buying frenzy now and with the frenzy I have seen on the boards this thing is due for a massive run next week. How high? Well that is hard to say but if there is any truth to the insider buys or rumors we might go over .20+ next week. Here is a brief overview of the company from the DD that I have dug up.

Company Structure

Authorized: 200M
Outstanding: 90M
Float: 35M
Friendly Hands: 20M (insiders and affiliates)
True Tradable Float: 15M
Shareholders: over 5000 (distribution is thick)

The crazy part is the recent changes in management just locked up a ton of the free trading float. The three new directors Jim Carroll, Len Klassen, and Slawomir Kownacki as per what I found out, all were investors in this stock prior to becoming directors, owning from 3-5 million shares each. The old management supposedly was screwing the company (chart proves it IMO) and these 3 formed a team and forced the old management out. This shows that the insiders have an emotional value to the stock and would not have interest in diluting it. This is unlike most stocks and could be a reason for the massive buying. I would look for form 4's to show insider buys. "Insiders will sell stock for any number of reasons, but they only buy it for one" Peter Lynch

The crazy part is one of the new directors is like the 3rd richest people in BC said to be valued over $100M. His investment group is combined worth over 1/2 billion. The reason he came on was solely because of this technology!

Business

The business model is a new breed of market place. They have designed a platform that is second to none in concept. They are going to have everything you can possibly buy on one site. And it will have every seller of that item shown so you can comparatively view pricing.

How does VMH make money?

VMH companies make money by receiving a percentage (known as a transaction fee) of the product sold as well as a portion of the shipping and handling fee charged to customers shopping our marketplaces.
VMH processes all buyer/seller transactions and sends all money collected minus transaction fees onto the merchants selling on our e-commerce platform.
Creating an effective way of e-commerce and expediting shipping methods to customers shopping our marketplaces.
Do they really have the team to make sure an revolutionary e-commerce solution? Here's what I found.....

There are same guys who were the original www.half.com developers. That was sold for $350M worth of stock to EBAY. The stock tripled in the following years making that a potential $1B paycheck. Unreal, now the same guys who set that up being pro technical guys and rich as all hell, set up the Blackbird Derivative Trading Platform. They raised like $10M for it and are working with some top guys from JP Morgann and other firms. In the mean time they have been developing a revolutionary technology and are constructing it to change the way certain major aspects of the internet are. I was told that they were offered a full time partnership in the BDTP which is worth millions and millions and they turned it down to go full time on their new project.

I can't believe the size of this deal, it looks like it might be the next big penny to dollars internet stock. Is the tech boom happening all over again? Survival of the Fittest has lead to new models set to change the way business is done on the net!

Keep in mind, most of this information is from doing due diligence about the company, officers and directors and business model. With little to no news this could be a real feeding frenzy because the speculation will run wild! I already know of over $100k to come into the market early next week so don't be the last one in!

Please guys always remember to take profits, please note that i was not compensated to talk about this stock and remember, any stock that i chose is just my opinion of what stock i like and don't like and not a buy or sell recommendation. Never buy a stock unless you can afford to lose your entire investments. Always keep the 10% rule in the back of your head and have a very Special Happy Mothers Day.

Pennies not a zero sum game as much as some zero game.
