I'm sure you are correct. I had done some research several weeks ago and found something where Ian and either Morton or Evens were involved in a Kawasaki motorcycle race/promotion....the upshot is that they have known each other a while.

Plus, no deal like this is going to be accomplished in a couple of weeks, because of due diligence, financials review, etc. Good catch on the hosting!
