Folks, open your eyes:

If one looks at every aspect with this MNET/Attard family it is clear that we are not dealing with nickel and dimers here.

Folks, these Attard people are not your typical run of the mill ham and eggers that are looking to r/m a pos into MNET on a whim.

The facts:

The Attards own 80% of the MNET shares.

The Attards wrestled control back from Stocker which obviously cost them thousands for attorney representation in the custodian action filed by Stocker, plus, getting their super bowl friend to personally meet with Stocker and Attards pay Stocker 50 K to finally resolve the issue.

(Stocker verified that he is no longer involved in MNET in a phone conversation I had with him on Friday, May 11).

The Attards raised 7 mil in an IPO to get MNET public in the early 90's.

The Attards were partners (via MNET) with the publishing/media giant Meredith, and had powerhouse clients, eg: The Home Depot.

The Attards founded the private Bayeng Spice Company (prior to their formation of MNET according to MNET officer bios) so the spice/organic food company has had to have been in business coming up on 20 years or more)

The Bayeng Spice Company has worldwide sales and has recently inked a deal with Osco.

In my estimation, this shell is worth millions considering the people involved and the background and contacts of said 80%shareholders. The last shell I ran across with even a chance of beating this one is CSBR.

It just doesn't get any better than this folks, with this share structure and this combination of the people that already have money/resources/contacts, and a successful private business intact.

Money goes to money folks, there are only 1.5 million (max) out there in the float, with 6.7 m o/s.

These people are looking to maximize their shares value by using existing assets... plus possibly reviving the original business of publishing, and other merger possibilities

THEY HAVE THE PRIVATE OPERATING COMPANY AND ASSETS IN THEIR FAMILY ALREADY, THEY ARE NOT TAKING A SHOT WITH A DREAM OR A CONCEPT. THAT IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT !!!

Look at the people involved here, not your typical pink sheet bios and business background huh ?

This is the next CSBR or better with 1/5 of the shares o/s & float.
