Ok I'm with you on the first part. I'm not sure why someone thought it was a good idea to have 900 million "friendly" shares in the float rather than return them to the treasury. That onlt devalues the market cap and makes the numbers look like dilution even if it isn't, which I already stated.

Ok, whatever then.

The last part I don't see:

The 6.1 bil o/s already includes the 2bil escrowed restricted share for the OTCBB M&A effort.

If the O/S only increased 1.2 billion, where is the 2 billon that is already included? With everthing else being the same, shouldn't the O/S have shown an increase by 3.2 billion?

Oh and also:

From our previous posts, we also have a deficiency between the 6.1 o/s and the previous 4.9 to a amount of 800mil.

As stated in my last post and the statement above, that is an increse of 1.2 billion not 800 million in the O/S. So, as you so kindly reminded me of the definition of the O/S, we see an increse in the FLOAT by the 900 million you mentioned. So that leaves an increase of 300 million in restricted shares. That is a far cry from 2 billion.

The only way I can see that the 2 billion is in the restricted shares already is if they did it before March. I say that because I am only looking at the previous pinksheet.com data from 3/7/07. Maybe they added the 2 billion before then...

But wait that can't be it eaither. Back then the O/S was 4.9bb and the float was 3.5bb. That leaves only 1.4bb as restricted, still not 2bb.

These are my opinions unless otherwise noted.
